Taste of Woodstock is downtown’s one-night food festival: more than 30 local restaurants, bakeries and dessert shops serving small plates on the Woodstock Arts Event Green each September. The 2026 edition ran 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10. Visit Woodstock GA has not announced the 2027 date. The 2026 date was on its page by April 2026, and this page will carry the 2027 date once it is posted.

How it works
- Buy tickets. Tickets cost $1 each, in packages starting at $5, at ticket booths at the entrances along Market Street at Elm and Oak streets. In 2026 they were also sold in advance at the Woodstock Visitors Center from Sept. 1.
- Trade tickets for tastes. Each item costs 1 to 4 tickets ($1 to $4). The tasting tents do not take cash.
- Vote. Stop at the Visitors Center table to vote for the People’s Choice Award before 7:15 p.m.
Water, soft drinks, beer and wine are sold separately at refreshment stands for cash or card. Proceeds benefit the Woodstock High School Band Boosters, the organizer says.

Parking and getting there
