New Year’s Eve is Thursday, Dec. 31, 2026, and New Year’s Day falls on a Friday, which makes it a long weekend for many. Woodstock has no city-run New Year’s Eve event or fireworks show. The celebrations are at downtown’s music venues, bars and restaurants, and the first ones are already on sale.
